ORDER STATUS & SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to make your ordering process as efficient as possible. We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases and completely satisfied with their relationship with us.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES; ORDER PICKUP
You may pick up your product order(s) on any business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) at our Distribution Center, located at 99 Felton Street (Rear) Waltham, MA 02453.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, in writing, Standard Shipping Charges apply.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days.
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Our express shipping is through UPS and does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via Smartpost, with Standard Shipping Charges.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our Customer Registry, you may edit your profile under Your Account or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.
We process orders in the order in which they are received, Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST Monday-Thursday, and 12pm (noon) EST Friday, will not be processed until the next business day.
If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please email us at email@example.com, and select the subject “My Order” and topic “Can I Change My Order?”. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, within reason.
REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
If you believe your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or have another concern about a particular order, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 781-385-5300. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to satisfy your concern(s) as quickly efficiently as possible.
TERMS OF SALE
During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) made from hemp extracts and derivatives, including hemp oil and CBD isolate. All products contain less than 0.3% THC, if any, as required by federal and state law.
These products, the statements about them on their packaging and on our website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). We are committed to compliance with FDA regulations. Because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any health or other, extra benefits from products containing CBD (cannabidiol) or other hemp extracts and derivatives. If you decide to purchase our products, you are forming your own opinions and/or drawing your own conclusions as to any benefits or use these products may provide.
We also sell tobacco products.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any of our products. None of our products may be sold, or resold, to children or minors (persons under 18). During your purchasing process, we may ask you for proof of age.
