What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery shipping rates are calculated via UPS Calculator for all domestic orders.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We will be opening up more payment options soon.
How long will delivery take?
All domestic orders placed before 11:59pm PST are shipped out next day via UPS GROUND. Expedited shipping is currently not available online. Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. LifeStyles Distribution is not responsible or liable for stolen packages left at your delivery address. UPS updates when the package is delivered. Retrieve packages promptly to avoid theft. If package theft is a possibility, provide a secure location for the delivery to be made from the UPS.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
To ensure your data is safe, all transaction methods are handled over PCI compliant servers using a SHA-256 with RSA Encryption SSL Certificate. Personal information is never sold or shared.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will receive a confirmation email from our system that your order is being processed. Please allow up to 1 business days for order processing and payment verification. After that your order is ready to be shipped out and you will receive another email notifying you that your order has been shipped along with your order # and carrier tracking information.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, our system will give you several notifications via email that your order has been processed, shipped, and completed. You can always reach us at if you have any additional questions regarding your order. Please have your email or order number ready for lookup.
